Information we collect
- Order details: your name, delivery address, phone number and email address, and the items you order.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email and order history.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or email.
- Technical data: basic information such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies that keep the shop working.

- To send you news of new arrivals only if you have asked to hear from us.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to fulfil your order — for example, your name, address and phone number with the courier company delivering your parcel. We also use hosting and email providers to run the website. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to remember your shopping bag and keep you signed in. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the shop may not work properly.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, accounting and legal reasons, and then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@secondthings.pk.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
