Delivery across Pakistan
We deliver to cities and towns all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Every order is packed with care so your bag reaches you in the same condition it left us.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery: a flat Rs. 250 per order, anywhere in Pakistan.
- Free delivery: on all orders over Rs. 15,000.
How long does it take?
- Order processing: 1–2 working days after your order is confirmed.
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and similar): usually 2–4 working days.
- Other cities and towns: usually 4–7 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, public holidays or weather.
Cash on Delivery
Pay in cash to the courier when your parcel arrives — there is nothing to pay online. Please keep the exact amount ready. To keep everyone safe from fake orders, we confirm every Cash on Delivery order by phone, WhatsApp or email before dispatch, so please make sure your contact details are correct at checkout.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is dispatched we share the courier tracking number with you by email or WhatsApp. You can also follow your order status from My Account.
When your parcel arrives
If possible, please check the parcel in front of the courier. If anything looks damaged or different from what you ordered, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery — see our Returns & Exchanges page.
