Welcome to Second Things. By using secondthings.pk and placing an order you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. About our products
All items we sell are pre-loved and each listing is a single, one-of-a-kind piece. We do our best to photograph and describe each item accurately, including visible signs of wear. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens.
2. Prices
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout.
3. Availability
Because every item is unique, it may sell before your order is confirmed. If that happens, we will contact you promptly and cancel the order without charge.
4. Orders and payment
An order is placed when you complete checkout and is accepted once we confirm it with you. We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email to confirm your order and reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be confirmed.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Pakistan. Delivery times and charges are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk of loss passes to you when the courier delivers the parcel.
6. Returns and exchanges
Our returns policy is set out on the Returns & Exchanges page and forms part of these terms.
7. Using this website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this website, including text, photographs and the Second Things name and logo, belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
